Requirement of a trainer - Electrician (CTI)

A teacher:

• must possess the power to create conditions that help students learn.
• must be able to connect with the students.
• must connect the students with the subject.
• must go beyond the text book.
• must have a passion for his/her subject.

The selection criteria is based on the following:

• ITI with CTI
• Minimum three years teaching/training experience.
• The applications and resumes are shortlisted.
• Shortlisted applicants are telephonically informed about the date & time of preliminary interview.
• Applicant has to go through a few rounds of interviews before selection.
